"he doesn't feel rigidity in his arms anymore" ... that is a big step. Has his balance improved? I am looking into Xcell for my husband, who has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. He is currently only 51, but the PD symptoms have aged him dramatically including his balance, coordination and muscle atrophy. We have a 10 year old son who needs his Dad, so I'm hoping the long trip to Germany will be worth it. I am still waiting for a response from the paperwork that I filled in a couple of months ago.
