If you go to MrsD's link, there's a statement about the FDA approval.
Seems it is for all of the
'TENS' type units, not this particular one.
Don't know about the Medicare part.
Guess you'd have to have a doc Rx it for you & demand that it be part of your therapy before they'd pay- if they do at all.
