Why is 100mg of B6 problematic? Just curious.
Did I waste my money on the complex? Here's what's in it:
B1 (Thiamin)-50MG
B2 - 50MG
NIACIN 50MG
B6 50MG
FOLIC ACID
B12 50mcg (I also take 1mg of methy but will bump that up to 5mg)
BIOTIN 50MCG
PANTOTHENIC ACID 50MG
