good days for eating.
I don't grade myself when it comes to food.
. . .one less thing to put pressure on myself about.

I did go to a Weight Watcher meeting Tuesday night.
I lost 2 lbs in three weeks.
They really make a big deal about not missing / attending the meetings.
The meetings are only one part of the program --esp. since I sometimes do the on-line component.
At any rate, I'm on track and can try to make myself feel good about that.
I pay attention to food and eat mindfully when I am calm and feeling peaceful.
I need days that are peaceful. Must find ways to make more of those kind of days. Or, barring that, find ways to get more moments that are peaceful in any given day.
