do you think she would stop or adjust her "style" if you told her it was too much for you at any point?
I don't know how you are as to delayed pain from things now,
that is something to tell her about too, if you get that still.

You might be at a stage where you can handle it, but at lighter touch than she does on "normals"
I'd ask her to start out easy and let you tell her if you can take more pressure or not.


I'd like to hear more about the ionic foot baths.
does she go by the color of the water changing ? or do you go by just that you feel lighter and better?

I've read that the water color changes probably don't really mean much, but I did feel lighter and better after the 1 time I tried it at my chiros office.
But the first time was free and 60.00 per session after that. too much for me, I'd do $20 or so, for a few more times to see if i really see a difference.
I'm thinking about asking if he can give me a deal or discount since I'm a long term client...
or I could buy one off amazon or ebay
