Migraine aura without headache is possible. I had one years ago.

I really think you should get a good check up at the opthamologists office. They can do a field test, and other things to see what is happening.

Pituitary adenomas are pretty common, and many have them with no symptoms. But if they press on one optic nerve you can get symptoms in that field of vision.

Also optic neuritis can be treated. Optic neuritis may occur in patients with very low B12 levels. This is easily fixed.

I'd get checked by a doctor, if it were me.
