I've used Sharon's program all along - but it wasn't enough for me during the worst of my injury and I still need a little bit of extra help {chiro -monthly, far- infrared heating pad, EMS stim etc}.
you may need some PT or pro help to release those muscles and there is probably triggerpoints too.
you can't stretch a muscle that has a triggerpoint in it { you can stretch it -but it won't do any good}- you have to get rid of the TrP first.
