I hope your MRI is clean.

Don't discount vascular eye problems, tho.

I had a stroke in my left eye about 10 yrs ago before I started on my supplements. I think it was due to high homocysteine levels.

I had an angiogram for both eyes at that time, and it showed a clot in the right branch vein. It cleared up in 6mos, and my night vision was more affected than the daytime. The retina itself was
pretty normal...only minimal ischemia for my age and blood pressure issues.

I'd get a B12 run and if lower than 500, start taking it daily orally. Low B12 levels impact both the optic nerve and the vessels in the eye (inflammation).
