I take 60mg regular mestinon as I need it or more importantly how well I can tolorate it due to the side effects per my neuro. Sometimes I even cut them in half. To increase or decrease a time span is not that simple. How many mg is each one and how many do you take? It might be best to call your neuro and check with him/her on this one.
