Cheese Ball

2 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz size) softened
1 jar old english cheese spread
1 small red onion, chopped
2 Tbles crumbled blue cheese

Mix all together (use mixer) and roll in chopped pecans.


My daughter Jill made this and we all loved it!!
(some of us gasped when they learned of the blue cheese)
