People vary in how they react to Neurontin. When they start it the schedule is about 300mg increases weekly. I'd do that in reverse, so the body can get used to the drug being withdrawn.

In a worse case scenario it is possible to have seizures on a sudden discontinuance.

Since you are having disturbing symptoms, I'd ask the doctor to taper you more slowly.
