I know I have an orthdic too... I had to take the insole that was already in the shoe out to use it... and then it worked fine... but my feet were so sensitive that I decided I'd rather deal with the slight pain in my legs/hip/back and not use the orthodic and use the inserts that came with the shoes instead. (I needed softness more than anything. And I admit it- I have a flat foot- so the art thing it a mystery to me, however i have a very thick foot, so it takes up a lot more room than is expected in shoes.
