I keep getting fever blisters and I am not on any meds or have any stress in my life except those!!
I have had them at least two or three times a year since I don't remember when. Although there are expensive meds for them the healing time is the same...at least a week.
Until it heals; I dont go outside the house except on the patio. DH does the shopping and errands because I am too embarrassed to be in public. 
Anyone have any ideas on what can be done to prevent these?
