I'm new at this!! I am a 55 year old from Virginia. I have been having severe back problems. I think I have stretched some ligaments and muscles in my lower back. One of them was the si ligament. I was wondering what I should do and how long it takes for something like this to heal. I would love to hear from people who have experienced this.
