Hang in there, Libra - stress is a killer - at least you've recognized it.
Have you tried Effexor? Is for both depression and anxiety; I've been on it for about 8 or 9 years with tremendous success; doesn't solve everything, but gives me some equilibrium.
Any chance of quitting your job? I'm 51; haven't worked for 6 years; was tough to quit, but my health has improved (while my bank account has shrunk - but it is worth it).
Take care - you can get through this.

Those who are really in earnest must be willing to be anything or nothing in the world’s estimation, and publicly and privately, in season and out, avow their sympathy with despised and persecuted ideas and their advocates, and bear the consequences.” — Susan B.
