hi,
I apologise for the lateness in getting involved in this one! Ill blame it on the time difference.
I reguarly choke on my own saliva, once or twice a day. I can and have choked when eating and drinking. On the odd occasion but only for minutes have been unable to swallow or just have a weak swallow which is the weirdest sensation in the world.
I was eating some baguette the other day and ended up giving it to the dogs as I couldn't do battle chewing it anymore.
That was interesting, who ever said about leaving food. I have been doing that for months now. I get halfway through dinner and I can't eat anymore, even though I have reduced my portion sizes. I just feel full. Im a big girl and although I haven't gained weight I have stayed the same which is unusual for me as I can just look at a chocolate cake and gain 5lb! Ive realised Im eating smaller amounts across the day as I can't do a big meal, like I would have before. So mixed blessings! lol
Thanks
Rach
