Dear Pam,
Regarding the computer screen.
I read that stepping away from the computer by 9:00 at night helps one to get to sleep.
Also, using sunglasses can block the blue light from computer and tv screens.

Regarding getting comfortable:
This is where therapy can help.
Most of us here have been in talk therapy in one form or another for years. ( I started in 1988 and stayed for 8 years. Then I returned about three or 4 years ago.)
Talk therapy can help one feel more in control.
And can help one think communicate better with the psychiatrist.
