So I finally got around to registering after visiting here for a long time. I'm not really "Peony," but my real name's already taken here, so to avoid confusion... Anyway, I'm 63, diagnosed for over 2 years, but convinced I've had symptoms for many years, not on meds yet (my decision).

Main symptoms are huge tremor & serious pain (back, shoulder, neck) on right side, plus other changes but still fairly manageable. Strategy so far: keep active, eat right & take supplements, minimize stress (left my job last year, not entirely by choice, but probably for the best), connect with others, & keep a good attitude whenever possible. Reading all your posts has been helpful as I struggle to adjust to my new & very unexpected reality. Best to you all, Peony
