Welcome! I'm a relative newbie here too and really love the support.

I think your strategy is wonderful. My reaction sometimes is to isolate; I always fear having break though symptoms and people noticing or commenting. I've come to realize that the proverb "life is too short" takes on a whole new meaning when diagnosed with PD!
