Default Occupational Therapy

I'm thinking about seeing an OT and have a few questions. Does it make sense to do this even when I am in the middle of PT and envisioning getting better (LOL as I have had neck probs and TOS for many years now). Is there any advice in choosing an OT or clinic? I'm hoping to have less elbow pain so that I can do some hand writing, vegetable chopping, tooth brushing... w/o paying the consequences of so much flare. and yes, it's TOS only. I had hoped it was tennis elbow as I thought I'd stand a chance of fixing it but it's the darned TOS. I should mention that I am not on workers comp and think that the cost of any devices would be up to me - unless I could get it w/voc rehab thru the state some day when/if I am able to be accepted.

thanks much.
