Default Almost any "rheumatological" disorder--

--meaning those that are associated with the anti-nuclear antibody and its variants, can have neuropathy as a secondary effect, either through direct pressure on nerve from compromised tisssue (as in scleroderma or Bechet's) or through breakdown of vascular tissue causing a deficiency in the ability of nerves (and other tissue) to get nutrients and oxygen and/or to eliminate waste.
