Does anyone know if there is any possibility of repairing these nerves and restoring some nerves in the throat. I am only forty seven and I'm already asperating on a regular basis, both at night and during the day.

I have my first chest/lung infection/cough from an asperation episode and I amd very discouraged about this condition and very worried about my life.
Vikpat,
My heart goes out to you. You should demand an investigation and those involved should be answering these questions for you - or go to a specialist 2nd opinion - maybe there is some doc out there that can help. I can feel your fear and understand it.
Best to you,
