RSD can spread but, from what I have been told by many specialist, is that it's not common. I do have RSD in my entire body. Mine RSD was a result of a car accident and much damage done to my entire spine and hips. I am doing great; I stretch all day and breath and adjust my body all day to make it comfortable. Don't stress yourself out-stress is bad medicine and can make you feel worse.
