Antidepressants and therapy can be a big help. I guess you feel alone when your husband goes to work. But, hey, at least he works. That's one problem you DON'T have. Distract yourself at such times. I know that habitual feelings are hard to break, but hard doesn't mean impossible. Try coming to this forum to vent or cry out. Call a friend. Do something constructive if you can. I suffer from depression and know how hard that can be. billie
