The good thing is that your taste buds will change, and all that junk food will taste lousy after awhile. It doesn't take too long. After Husband had his heart attack, his tastes changed in less than a month. Since then, it's been much easier. Try to think of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet, and if you're really craving something, have some. You may find that it doesn't taste that good after all.
That being said, I don't know what I'd do without garlic!!! By the way, why is garlic on your "don't have" list? I always thought it was very healthy.
