I made lead person at work. I do have to say this...
a person can say they want work can say they are a good worker and talk up a storm about it but in life .. with most things it is not what you say or how often you say it... it is the doing and a saying comes to mind "show me dont tell me".
so yea for me a small raise but it feels so good I wanna do a happy dance...
