Pick my brain? Eww (at least it won't take long  )..The only time I've had a similar pain it was an impacted tooth..Could also be an ear infection. Maybe your doc's different, but mine would have me check all that stuff out first. Either way, it's beyond annoying. Hope you find out what's up & feel better soon!
