I been reading this board for sometime and recently became a member because I'm finally feeling like I have had this condition long enough now to make some contributions. But still it seems we all have different symptoms with it.

I am going into my 7th year with PN and finally now have a doctor that I might just get somewhere with. He is the 6th doctor I have seen and I still have an appt. with a PN specialist that I been waiting 9 months to see.

So as far as my thoughts on leg pain or rather my experience, my legs are so tender most of the time and the muscles just ache all the time. Pain Management doc said it is from sitting so much. I been pretty crippled with my PN. I was in bed from Jan. thru May with unbearable pain that no one could seem to control at all. I seem to have problems with taking the oral meds so now we are trying epidurals, I just had the 2nd one and they are not working at all.

I will share that I am gluten intolerant and also have a meat allergy. When I eat the wrong foods my pain level can run 10 for days on end. I been eating bad since the 4th and I'm paying for it now. Muscles in my legs are so tender you can't touch them. When I eat right the pain is not as bad. I have PN in both feet and pain and some numbness up to my knees and now the PN has moved to my hands.
