I insist in music...
Billie, perhaps you feel you are not in the mood for listening to music, BUT, just turn it on, I bet it will end helping you... it will ""wrap" you... trust me...
Also, sort of, pushing you to leave that depression... like... one night you sort of meditate and, talk to God and, like, programme yourself saying "tomorrow, Im starting to live... a new life..." and next day, you wake up, listen music, take a shower, eat a nice breakfast.... and try to enjoy and leave depression behind you...

Keep trying. It is good that you realise you are "tired" of being depressed... that happened to me and was the first step for getting out of that deep depression... Nowadays Im less depressed... depressed, but in a less way at least...
