I've been in your shoes. Not easy I know. I have no idea what the outcome will be, but your daugher is very lucky to have such a loving mom.
You hang in there. You have been given the best advice by people who know what they are talking about.
So do the research, don't beat yourself up if you lose your temper and start yelling, YOU'RE A HUMAN BEING!!!
This is 2009 and not 1909. There have been major advances in the mental health industry.
But (and I can't stress this enough), YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF BEFORE YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF HER.
You need to do this. Or you will surely lose your mind (if you haven't done so already).
Moms are people just like everybody else.
Take a hot bath, chill out, curl up with your favorite book, or go and watch a favorite comedy on TV.
Let your brain take a break once in a while. THEN, it can focus on whatever it has to focus on.
Remember, YOU MATTER ALSO!!
