Blame it on the MG!
Hey hon! Sounds to me like you have general MG. All of the things you described happened to me......it DOES cause all over general fatigue - and how!
There were days when a gallon of milk - or even a tea cup were too much for me to handle - I just couldn't muster the strength to do anything! That was b/4 the pred though.....
Hang in there, hon!

I know the MG is muscle fatigue but does it also include all-over, general fatigue?
For example: last week I was very busy preparing for my parent's 50th anniversary celebration. On Wed. I had the nerve conduction and the EMG tests (absolutely wore me out); On Thurs. and Fri. I went shopping with my sister for supplies for the party and then on Sat. I decorated and then had the open house and dinner for the party.
On this Sunday, I was so exhausted I pretty much slept off and on all day. Monday was kind of a repeat of Sunday. I am just now feeling a little more rested but still pretty much require a nap each afternoon.
Coming in from the car on Monday I was trying to carry some stuff in and dropped some in the driveway. Tried to pick it all up and just kept dropping it. Finally got inside with some of it and collapsed in a chair. My son helped get the rest of the stuff in the driveway because I just couldn't do it.
Is this MG fatigue or fibromyalgia?
Thanks for letting me ramble and ask so many questions.
