exercise is a theropy that i would encourage you to do, walking is one of the best exercises for the lower back ,,i suffered it for 25 years, i was also a certified personal trainer for years,,i'll give you some helpfull tips if you want, you also want to do light stretching of the lower back[flexion] and hamstrings,,,doing light crunches while lying in bed to strenghen you core muscle which support you back is a must,,getting the blood moving thru you back is a must,,,easy does it tho,,each day do a little more,,it ussually a little painfull at first tho but you will feela dn see a difference within the 1st week,,pm me if you want to ,,i'll help you if want it..................bobber
