Thanks so much for the feedback guys!!
I hope I will only be seated at the computer for small intervals to give my knees, eyes, neck, hands and arms the breaks they need!!
I won't ditch the original office chair I have either so I can switch it up. .... maybe a Moshi pillow for the knee area would be good...
