Yep I have nights like that too! Last night though I slept like a baby! Im not showing off honest LOL!

Quite often Im down stairs and I could just fall asleep I get upstairs and into bed and I just can't settle. When I was on the steriods I put it down to them as they are well known to turn you into an insomniac, but even off them Im struggling to sleep.

On nights where you can't sleep its like your body just can't get comfortable and the worst thing is you know you have to sleep to have a reasonable day. Its so annoying!
