it happens!!
Yes, the bloodwork can come back negative & you still have MG...mine was all negative, but the Mestinon does help some, & my repetitive EMG was decremental so that's what my dx is based on....Read Dr Angela Vincent's article....she is doing research on this & states that negative BW does not mean no MG....I don't have the link, but maybe someone can lead you to it here on the forum, or the search engine may find it for you...copy it & give it to your dr....HTH...good luck....
