There are so many of these reports published that no-one really knows what to do for the best --- This report is mainly referring to heart patients. My Neurologist told me my vitamin E levels were low. I have been taking 800 units a day now for 18 months and find that my condition is improving. My vision and balance are both improved.
Practically every week there is a report published saying that some foodstuff or other can prevent or even cure Alzheimers.

I take these reports with a large pinch of salt -----Ooooooops my heart!!!
Incidently that report is dated 2004 --5 years ago
