Have you ever been screened for gluten sensitivity. It is a big subject, but you might want to do a little reading about it as your symptoms suggest it could be a possibility. You can check out the right bar of The Gluten File for topics by symptoms, but the main page offers some good overview articles. Just thought I'd mention it!
