I have gained 12 lbs in the past month, so I may not be the one to answer this. Also, I hate exercise and feel to weak to even keep up the simplest housework. I know that you need inspiration. Visualizing yourself as one of your thin "heroes" helps. When I lost most of my weight back in the 80's [went from 140 to 111 in 6 weeks], I rode a bike and visualized myself as Mick Jagger! I decided that if I tried to move like him, I should eventually look like him, and that more or less happened - in the body that is. Yogurt with Splenda is a good sugar substitute, as is fruit. Fiber helps and chewing ice helps. Remember that any kind of movement, not necessarily exercise or work, burns calories. I spend a lot of time in bed due to my disabilities, but my feet are always wiggling, and that's how I account for not gaining more wt. than I do. I never got back up to 140, after keeping the weight off for 2 years, and now I consider 112 to be too heavy. That's mainly because I am poor, and cannot afford to replace all my jeans for a bigger size. Movement helps. Fruits and veggies help. Visualization seems to help. They say you can do anything you can visualize yourself doing!
