Hi billie -- welcome to NeuroTalk!
Can the vet Rx you something to calm your kitty? I hope you'll be able to make the trip to see your father without any problems.
For some reason, our kitten doesn't do anything naughty inside the car. *shrug
A few years back I drove 500 miles with my daughter's half-grown cat (she couldn't keep him). I stopped every so often to see if it would eat or do his "duty." He was terrified, but never did anything in the car (thank goodness!)
No, I'm no ballerina, lol! But I did spend Sunday in my new tall pumps that made me feel like I was walking on my tippie-toes! I used "Twinkletoes" because my toes were tingly at the time.
Hope to see you around. .
