Hi, Im sorry this has begun for you. It is very upsetting.I have full body tremors. the worst is when they hit my face. twitches and jerking . the rest of my body goes through a whole little dance of twitches tremors jerks and shaking. I take balcofen three times a day with a double does at night. It has helped me a great deal. I also was given ativan for the anxitey of it all. Good luck and I am sorry this has begun. May I ask how long you have had rsd?CZ
