My recovery has been moving forward. For the last 7 weeks, I have been using my treadmill for anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes per day. Two weeks ago, I added cycling to the mix and am now doing 2 rides a week, about 15-20 miles at a pop. I'm officially training for the MS Bike Ride this fall.
Some days are harder than others. And in the 100+ degree heat here....it can be killer.
Next week I am graduating to using the elliptical.
Gotta keep moving!!
