dearest DM...i'm glad you're having a good time camping. what do you do during the day and evg? i've only been camping once or twice and didn't like it. do you guys have a camper? who comes with you? and ps...how's your son doing?

i could hardly believe this but i fell asleep all nite in my chair WITH the tv on i woke up at 0630, stayed up a while then went back to bed. i feel like i've been hit by a mac truck today. i don't think the injections did a thing. just bending a bit to wash my hands hurts my back. we'll see.

staying close to home today. i might go out tomorrow to run some errands.
nothing but a massage planned for the wk/e. something will come up.
