I'm 52, so same generation. No, I don't have MG, but you've come to a good place. Don't know much about computers either. Came here to learn about EST. Anyway, on most of the pages or boards of this group of forums, you will find a long, blue "Forum Jump" list at bottom right of page, with a arrow which will drop down menu of most of the conditions you can think of. I'm sure you will find yours or something very similar there. Welcome.
