Smile exercise

Hi Pamster and Bizi,

thats great that you guys are getting into exercise. it does affect my mood - takes a couple weeks tho. Pamster I hope that makes you feel better or in any case you feel better soon. the p time is always a trip for me if i'm in an episode:
mood + p => random mood

my foot is in a "phys rehab" period, so i am not able to run yet. walk more and more - and more normally, stairs up and down, equilibrium exercises, passive stretching, massage. i can use my foot ok, tho! now i can even carry weights and not end up with a red golfball in my forefoot.

depression also mostly better. the foot things hadn't helped with that. i have so many stressors right now its hard, to tell where i am bipolarly speaking.
