Thanks for the advice !
I just hear that Benfotiamine (B1 fat-soluble) is better than just B1 water-soluble, and that Methyl B-12 (B12 fat-soluble) is better than just B12 water-soluble.
But then I worry that maybe my reaction is that I just cannot absorb so much long-lasting B1 and B12 in the fat-soluble state.
Maybe that is the reason for the allergy ... just too strong.
Maybe I should just try the non fat-soluble B1 and B12?
Is the B12 sublingual Methyl B12? Is the B complex tongue dropper fat-soluble B1 and B12 or just water-soluble?
Also, is B1 and esp B12 water-soluble BETTER than no B1 and B12 at all?
I just have to have it to heal my terrible burning, numb neuropathy of the small nerve fibers (non-diabetic, MDs call it "idiopathic").....so many ways to turn, just don't know what to do next !
