Have you been checked for B12/ B6 deficiency?

Some of your symptoms sound familiar to me... I don't think I even mention it, but I used to have many migrating joint and other musculoskeletal pains. PN is certainly seen in B12 deficiency.

B6 deficiency can cause many menstrual symptoms. You can google that, but here is one resource on menstrual symptoms:

R.A. has been associated with food sensitivity as well, and nutritional deficiency and food sensitivity often go together. If you haven't pursued this avenue, you have more to consider. Scan down the page until you see Rheumatoid Arthritis:
