The pressure sounds like what we refer to as the "MS Hug". Here is a link to a website that explains about it:

Was your last MRI done with contrast? I think your MRI should be done with contrast so that any lesions that are active will show up. Have you had an LP done? Some refer to an LP as a spinal tap.
So many conditions mimic MS - and sometimes it's a process of elimination to get to a diagnosis. Keep a diary of your symptoms, when you have them and how long they last. This way you'll be able to give your Neuro accurate information.
