"vita" in vitamin means vital, you are not allergic to the vitamins....it would have to be the "carrier/filler" in the tab.....try a different brand, and one vitamin at a time...to try and isolate the issue......as far as the B complex making you sick (this was another poster) taken after a full meal, it shouldnt, good luck to both
