You need to be strong,
And put on a brave face,
Keep it together,
With dignity and grace.

You need to stay calm,
Don’t let fear take control,
Find some courage,
And face your biggest role.

You need to hold on,
And never let it go,
Just trust yourself,
Let your true feelings show.

You need to fight back,
Don’t let them destroy you,
Show your courage,
And you will see it through!
