What you are describing could possibly be a simple partial sz. (aura) My Epi told me that some people can have sz. do to hot water hitting there head. I just finished doing a medical study where I had to take my temperature 4 times a day and each time after a sz. They found that each day that I had sz. before and after the sz. my temperature was higher. It could be possible that the hot water is triggering sz. for you.
